3.Shipping Fees
We will provide clear and detailed shipping charges based on the order amount and regional shipping method:
Standard shipping:

• Orders less than $69: shipping cost - $5.99
  
• Orders of $69 and over: Free Shipping
• Shipping: Processing time is 1-2 business days, and delivery time is 20-25 business days. 

4.Address Issues & Redelivery Fees
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if it is refused by the recipient, the recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for reshipping or returning the package.

5.Customs Duties & Taxes

6.Lost/Damaged or Delayed Claims
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at Support@mambobaby.com, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Package photos
• Carrier tracking number
• Evidence of damage/shortage

We will investigate and assist with claims as needed.

1.Applicability
1.1 This policy applies only to orders made through our official website. Orders made via third-party platforms or offline retail stores should be handled through the original purchase channel.

2.Return Conditions
1.1 Before shipment: Full refund available.
1.2 After shipment but before delivery: Refunds are available, but 10% of the order amount will be deducted to cover handling and shipping-related costs.
1.3 After delivery: If you request a return or refund for personal reasons, 20% of the order amount will be deducted as a handling fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3.Return Period
3.1 Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the product must be returned within 7 days after approval.

4.Return Fees & Refund Process
4.1 For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4.2 After acceptance, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days (excluding original shipping costs and customs duties).
