How to Enjoy Free Shipping Services?
Orders that are $69 or more are eligible for free shipping services. Free shipping services apply to valid addresses worldwide. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be delivered via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon logistics, EMS, Australia Post, DPD, and more. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the item has been shipped, and you cannot select which company to use. Additionally, free shipping services are calculated based on the total amount in your shopping cart after all discounts have been applied.
I qualify for free shipping but was still charged for oversized shipping fees?
As of now, there are no additional oversized fees on our website products. If any new products are added in the future, we will make sure to confirm and avoid this issue.
My order requires a signature upon delivery. Can I cancel the signature confirmation?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the order. Please contact the shipping carrier to arrange other available delivery options. If you still have any problems regarding delivery, please contact our customer service team.
What should I do if I want to send Mambobaby products as a gift?
Mambobaby Float is a great gift option, and we have many fantastic products that are perfect for gifting! Unfortunately, we do not provide gift wrapping services or personalized gift notes. However, we ensure that no invoice will be sent with your order.
What should I do if I purchased Mambobaby products from another retailer, and they do not fit?

My coupon code is not working! What should I do?
Our checkout only allows for one discount or coupon code to be used per purchase. Please note that some discounts are automatically applied, while others require a code, but only one can be used at a time. How do I cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Our fulfillment center usually ships very quickly (sometimes within an hour of placing an order), which means that many times, we cannot cancel your order. As we are located in China, different time zones may cause some delays. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy from the time you receive your Mambobaby product. All products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return and it is delivered back to our fulfillment center, we will assess the product and issue a refund. The returned product must meet the following conditions:
The returned product must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
The returned product must be unused, in the same condition as the product sent to you, and in its original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic wraps will not be accepted. If the returned product does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Personalized/customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not provide pre-paid labels for returns or no-questions-asked returns. When you return an order to us, we recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept unconditional exchanges, and once the goods are received, they cannot be returned. If a customer changes their mind after receiving their order, we will not accept returns or refunds. However, if there is a problem with the product - damaged, broken, or dirty upon arrival - we will be happy to provide you with a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Note: Mambobaby is not responsible for any lost or incorrectly shipped packages. Therefore, please make sure all information provided is correct to prevent mail loss or other unexpected incidents.
Faulty Products
To obtain a replacement for a faulty product, you will need to provide our customer service team with the following information for evaluation: proof of product malfunction, order number, purchase proof, video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable), complete delivery address, and contact phone number. Providing the above information, we will reply to your return request within 48 hours. If you purchased from our wholesale partners such as Heccei and so on, you will need to contact them directly to learn about their exchange policy。
Why did I only receive half or part of my order?

Can a baby swim alone?
Our swimwear is designed for water familiarization, swim instruction, and water play. They are not approved by the US Coast Guard as a lifesaving device. They are not a personal flotation device and must be used under continuous parental supervision.
