Returns & Refunds Policy
1.Applicability
1.1 This policy applies only to orders made through our official website. Orders made via third-party platforms or offline retail stores should be handled through the original purchase channel.
2.Return Conditions
2.1 The product must be unused, in new condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products, swim-related products, or any intimate wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3.Return Period
3.1 Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the product must be returned within 7 days after approval.
4.Return Fees & Refund Process
4.1 For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4.2 After acceptance, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days (excluding original shipping costs and customs duties).
5.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (including but not limited to):
- Personalized/customized products
- Gift cards
- Opened products that affect hygiene and safety
6.B2B/Wholesale Orders
6.1 B2B/Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues, which will be handled according to the terms outlined in the contract regarding DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defect rates.
7.Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

2.Receive approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
3.Provide your RMA and order details in the return package.
4.Return the item to Return Address
