1.Applicability
1.1 This policy applies only to orders made through our official website. Orders made via third-party platforms or offline retail stores should be handled through the original purchase channel.

2.Return Conditions

1.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped for a full refund to your original payment method. No fees apply.

1.2 After Shipment but Before Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. If you wish to refuse delivery or initiate a return after shipment, please refer to Section 1.3 below.

1.3 After Delivery (Non-Quality-Related Returns)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, or preference):

• A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Note: If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund. Please contact us before returning the item.

3.Return Period
3.1 Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4.Return Fees & Refund Process
4.1 For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4.2 After acceptance, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days (excluding original shipping costs and customs duties).

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (including but not limited to):

• Gift cards
• Opened products that affect hygiene and safety

2.Receive approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
