  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and funds may take up to 5-7 business days to be credited to the account you checked out with.

2. Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it.

3. Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged, or has the tags removed?

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.

Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

4. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package and will be credited to your original payment account.
